No guaranteed results
ClinicsRush helps your clinic ask satisfied patients for Google reviews at the right time. We do not, and cannot, guarantee any specific number of reviews, a particular star rating, a Google ranking position, an increase in patients, or any other business outcome. Review generation depends on your patients' willingness to respond and on factors entirely outside our control.
We do not control Google or WhatsApp
Google search and Maps rankings are determined by Google's own algorithms, which change frequently and are not disclosed. WhatsApp message delivery is governed by the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta's policies. ClinicsRush is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Meta/WhatsApp. We are not responsible for changes to their platforms, policies, pricing, or for any action they take against your accounts.
Statistics are illustrative
Any figures we share — such as average review counts for top-ranking clinics or how recently patients trust reviews — are drawn from general industry observations and are provided for illustration only. They describe broad trends, not a promise of what your clinic will achieve.

You remain solely responsible for your clinical decisions, your patient communications, and your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your compliance responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining patient consent before adding their contact details, for honouring opt-outs, and for ensuring your use of reviews and messaging complies with the data protection and messaging laws that apply to you (such as India's DPDP Act and IT Act, or equivalent laws in your region), Google's review policies, and WhatsApp's Business Policies. ClinicsRush provides tools to support compliance but does not assume your legal obligations.
Authentic reviews only
ClinicsRush is designed to help you collect genuine reviews from real patients. We do not support and you must not use the Service to buy, incentivise, fabricate, or filter out honest negative reviews in violation of platform policies. Routing unhappy patients to private feedback is intended to help you improve — not to suppress legitimate public reviews.
