Fix the Google listing so people searching for what you do actually find you.
We pulled six months of search data for a clinic recently. Two hundred and forty different searches led people to their listing. Nearly three quarters were people typing the clinic name. They already knew about it.
Every treatment the clinic actually sells - laser, facials, hair, injectables - showed almost no visibility at all. The listing was working perfectly for people who did not need convincing, and was invisible to everyone else.
Somebody two kilometres away searches for what you do, and sees three other clinics. That is not a demand problem. It is a listing problem, and it is fixable without spending anything on ads.
Your own Google Business Profile data, not a keyword tool. Real queries from real people near you, and the gaps between them and what your listing says.
Primary category, secondary categories, and every treatment listed as its own service with a proper description. This is the single biggest lever and most listings have it half done.
Consistent phone number across the listing, website and ads. Correct hours. Attributes that put you in filtered results. Photos, and removing any that should not be public.
Search terms get checked monthly, and the listing gets adjusted against what people are actually typing.
If your listing is unverified or suspended, that has to be sorted first, and it can take weeks that are outside our control.
People searching for the treatment, not the clinic name, start finding you.
